Pathway along the intercoastal waterway straddles both Dunedin & Clearwater. Easy walking with an excellent view makes for above average usage.

John's Comments During the winter months ( snowbirding ) this is a favorite. With a four mile return trip and at 2-3 times per week one does not even get tired of the scenery. The Intercoastal waterway always has a different appearance. A half way pit stop in Dunedin is well deserved and there you can find many establishments to quench the thirst.

Sure do miss snowbird activities and this is one of my favourites. Take the pathway along the intercoastal, have a brief rest in Dunedin for a drink and then the return trip. There always appears to something new, like seeing a shark in the Intercoastal waterway, or the fishermen trying to bring home a catch for dinner, or perhaps even walking faster than the traffic on Business A1A.
