Maryland & Washington, DC: The Capitol, Baltimore, Annapolis, are all worth visiting. Something for everyone, including history, boating, & sports venues.
Washington has so much history, yet I found
Baltimore just a great place to visit also. Remarkable transformation of the harbor area provides a really fun place to be with many exciting activities available. Annapolis has a very unique historic area also that uses its waterways for many types of watercraft activities. Driving from Washington to Baltimore is quite prone to traffic delays so it is best to take one`s time. Each visit to visit the Orioles in Baltimore is accompanied by walks in the harbor area.
