John`s Recollections - 2010

Several streets perpendicular to Las Olas Boulevard are surrounded totally by water (canals) on each side. These streets have private homes but the majority of dwelling are small hotels or apartments that provide winter vacation residences. Most are dated from the 1950-1960 era and are self contained units available for longer term stays.
