Panama city, Panama is not what you would expect. Shopping Centres, Skyscrapers, Condominiums are there like most North American Cities. To drive yourself can be rather precarious, however
taking the taxi ( up to 3-4 dollars per ride ) or even walking ( sidewalks not the best though ) are usually the best way to get around.
