A different Sunset every night Key West has better sunsets, but the sunsets at Indian Shores in the Tampa / Clearwater area are just fabulous. What is really special are that with each evening they take on a different look. In the six months that we were in the area nothing was duplicated. Beach shorelines changed daily as the waves of waters in the Gulf of Mexico were always quite different. So did the whispery clouds, sometimes out far in the gulf or perhaps near the shoreline. Weddings, pelicans, egrets and at times even porpoises and rays just added to the scenery. One can walk this beach on a nightly basis. This is why Travel to me is so important, as one has the opportunity to experience new horizons. You actually do retain those thoughts that should never be erased. Trip Report Get to Tampa / Clearwater and then head to Clearwater Beach. Take Gulf Boulevard (( alongside the Gulf of Mexico )) going towards St. Pete's Beach. Indian Shores is about 10 miles or halfway down. |
