Park site close by to Cog Railway Station to Pike's Peak
| John's Comments | Could of been the time of day, or maybe just having visited Pike's Peak, but this particular site would not be on my top list of areas to visit. But it is free and if you have an hour or two to spend then it can fit the bill. Not really a very large area, although it does give you a chance to stretch your legs while walking through the rock formations. Although scenic it did not compare to Pike`s Peak or the Royal Gorge Bridge that we had visited earlier in the day. |
