A visit to an old plantation not to far from New Orleans was a trip highlight. The grounds, home and apparent history made for a memorable visit.
| John's Comments | This was definitely worth the stop for me. The grounds felt historic and the trees have stood the test of time. For many of us that have watched movies of the deep south, it will help to see how others actually did live during those times. This visit is something that all should see, it is part of our history, and it should be remembered by all. |
