Crab pickers along the roadside provide the major attraction.

John`s Recollections - 2009

Stopping to see many of the crab pickers in Puget Sound was an interesting experience. Other than that there is not major attractions to see while driving to the top of the Peninsula, however the roads are good and time spent on the road is quite pleasurable as you go towards the northern coastline and Mount Olympia. Drive takes State Road 3 out of Tacoma and meets Hwy 101 that continues down thru Oregon along the Pacific.
